Consider asking for a room away from the courtyard. It may help with noise from nearby traffic, ensuring a quieter stay.

The breakfast was rich with excellent coffee, the hot chocolate and ham, we were pleasantly surprised. The location was absolutely perfect, next to the main attractions, the historical centre and the tram stop for the old town and easily accessible. It also was close to everything.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement
The breakfast offered a diverse selection made with high-quality ingredients. The underground parking was secure and well-maintained, giving peace of mind when leaving the vehicle. The location was ideal for exploring, only a short walk to the city center, yet the area remained wonderfully quiet at night for restful sleep. Many guests commented on the comfort level of the beds.
The room needed a bit more space. It felt somewhat cramped at times.

Front desk staff were brilliant, super friendly and really helpful. Room was clean and simple, perfect for my stay. Loved the large desk area.
The shower really needs a shower curtain. It makes such a mess.

beautiful park views and easy access to major attractions
The hotel is right in the center of the city, where I enjoyed fantastic views of the city. Despite its perfect location, the gym facilities could use some upgrading but overall, it was a great base for my weekend explorations.

I really loved my stay! The modern bathroom had the best shower, and I enjoyed the quality teas offered in the lounge. Just a heads up, we couldn't figure out the emergency exit next to our room at first, but that didn't ruin my experience at all. 😊

It was adequate for our needs clean and close to town.
Amazing that no room in this hotel (that has in excess of one hundred rooms that is open for about a year) has a shower curtain in the bath. This fact has been highlighted in many previous comments on Booked.net. but it appears that management at the Saffron Hotel never read these comments.

The hotel features a commendable breakfast area with a vast selection of foods, including freshly baked options paired with two fully operational coffee machines, ensuring prompt service each morning. The staff consistently rendered assistance with a positive attitude. Particularly, Ms. Martina was instrumental in helping me organize my business documents efficiently. The spacious rooms and lobby provided ample areas for meetings and discussions.
The air conditioning system generated excessive noise, affecting comfort during the night.

Recommend it for couples seeking quality
The staff was cute. Barbera at the front desk went out of her way to help me with local tips. The room itself was neatly maintained, with an electric kettle that allowed for cozy tea breaks, enjoying sweet moments together.
It wasn't inexpensive, but considering the amenities, it was still acceptable.
